Lord God, we thank You and praise You for the mercy and love You give us each day
You spoke about prisoners during Your time on earth, instructing us to visit the imprisoned. You told us that by caring for prisoners in this way, we would be caring for You.
May all the prisoners be open to serving You as You wish them to. May they grow in the humility they need for conversion and restoration of their lives.
Lord graciously hear our prayer, through Christ our Lord, Amen!
